| We have been informed by Pacific National of a scheduled East-West rail shutdown from September 28th to October 4th for critical network maintenance and repairs. This shut down will impact all rail services in both directions and no rail movements will occur during this timeframe.
This critical closure is to support network maintenance and repairs in the following areas;
To minimise disruptions, we will endeavour to seek additional coastal bookings where available and will be communicated in a case-by-case scenario. Bookings impacted just prior to or after these dates will experience an estimated additional 5-8 business days added to their ETA. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as Pacific National undertakes this essential maintenance.
